Terms of Service
All members of webhostingagency.com are expected to abide by the rules and regulations set in these terms. Upon registration, the user automatically agrees to the policies set by webhostingagency.com.
In this regard, we reserve the right to discontinue services to any members that will disobey the guidelines listed in this page. We also reserve the right to make revisions, changes, or updates to any part of these terms of service without due notice to the members. The terms of this agreement will begin once the user registered to webhostingagency.com.
For clarification, the terms “we,” “company,” “provider,” “our,” or “us” refers to webhostingagency.com while “you,” “member,” “client,” “user,” or “customer” refers to each company or individual who registers to our online services and products.
Termination / Cancellation Policy
A. The agreement made by the company and the user can be terminated or discontinued:
a. Any time by both parties with the condition that either party will provide a 30-day written notice prior to the termination date. A fine or cancellation fee may be set by the company upon termination of service initiated by the client, unless otherwise stated by the Company;
b. If the member refuses to pay specific fees or is delayed in payment set by the Company;
c. If the member disobeys any of the rules or regulations set in this agreement; or/and
d. Any time without any notice by webhostingganeyc.com, if we find that the user has violated any terms or condition set by us, disrupts the services or products provided by the Company, ruins or attempts to ruin the integrity of the company, and/or violated any of the privacy policies set by webhostingagency.com
B. In the event that the cancellation of agreement is initiated by the member, the member is obligated to pay all fees and charges that he or she occurred prior to the termination date or before the effectiveness of the cancellation.
C. We may, but are not obligated to, refund any fees or payments made by the member for any hosting services or products that has been prepaid beyond the effctivity of the cancellation date. The amount to be refunded will depend on the Company’s discretion. The amount will be exclusive, yet not limited to, any outstanding fees, setup fees, and cancellation charges. This is under the assumption that the member has not violated any guidelines set in this agreement or made any violations against the Privacy Policy.
D. Any cancellations, termination, or discontinuation of products and services should be done via email. Members must contact webhostingagency.com appropriately stating the reasons for the request of termination. The termination date will commence once we have sent a response email to the client.
Suspension of Account
We reserve the right to suspend any account if the Company sees the member as delinquent. Delinquency may be in the form of payment, disobedience on the guidelines set, receipt of prior warnings from the Company, or any other circumstances that webhostingagency.com may see as delinquent.
In case of suspension of the account, the member will be notified by us either through email or phone based on the contact details provided by the member upon registration. The member will be given by the Company a period of time to correct any violations made or provide proof of “good behavior.” In case the violation is not corrected by the member, we reserve the right to terminate services and products without any notice.
Privacy and Security
A. All information obtained from webhostingagency.com will remain with the Company upon termination or cancellation of services and/or products.
B. The member is obligated not share, sell, transfer, or use any information they have obtained while an active member. In the event that the Company has deemed that the member has violated this statement, after termination of services, legal actions may be set in motion.
Responsibilities of the User
A. The user is responsible for the performance, quality, and other aspects of his or her account.
B. We will guarantee that uptime, availability, and connection to the website is up-to-date and at its maximum. However, it is the user’s responsibility to provide the appropriate speed requirements for Internet connectivity that may cause the uptime to slow down.
C. It is the user’s responsibility to fully read and understand all the guidelines and policies set by the Company.
D. Transmission, posting, and use of content on the member’s account or domain will be the user’s sole responsibility. Any legal actions set due to the illegal use, transmission, and posting of content will be the user’s sole responsibility.
Changes in Terms of Use
We reserve the right to make changes, revisions, and updates on this Terms of Use without prior notice. All changes made will be assumed effective immediately for all future and existing members.
In cases where the member is not in agreement with the changes or updates, it is the member’s responsibility to terminate the account, if the member wishes to as long as they abide by the Termination Policies stated above.
